Inorganic zinc silicate primer

Inorganic Zinc Silicate Primer is a two-component anti-corrosion paint composed of alkyl silicate, ultrafine zinc, anti-rust pigments and fillers, additives, polymer compounds, plasticizers and auxiliaries, curing agents, and other supporting components.

Main Features:

◆ Fast drying, good construction performance.

Applications:

◆ Suitable for chimneys, flues, drying ovens, exhaust pipes, hot air furnaces, high-temperature heat pipes, and other equipment requiring high-temperature anti-corrosion as a specialized primer. It can also be used as a shop weldable primer.

◆ When used in combination with high-temperature resistant topcoats, the coating can withstand temperatures of 200°C to 400°C, with the paint film remaining intact, without peeling or flaking.

◆ Excellent mechanical properties of the paint film, with hardness, impact resistance, and flexibility meeting standards.
